XM Standard: $18.00 per lot × 10 lots
You receive a set $18.00 for every lot of GOLD you close, which is 90% of what XM pays ForexFanClub for your trades. At this pace, that comes to about $2,160.00 over 12 months.
XMStandard · GOLD$180.00$18.00 per lot
HFMPremium · XAUUSD$135.00$13.50 per lot
XS.comStandard · XAUUSD$81.32$8.13 per lot, 44% of spread
ExnessStandard · XAUUSD$86.40$8.64 per lot, 36% of spread
The rows use the XM Standard, HFM Premium, XS.com Standard (MT5) and Exness Standard accounts. A larger rebate does not mean a cheaper trade, because spreads and commissions differ between brokers. Tap a row to see every account of that broker, the cost after the rebate and how to get the rebate.

How Much Rebate Will You Get a Month?
Your monthly forex rebate is the rebate per lot multiplied by the lots that you close in a month. On an XM Standard account, every lot of gold returns $18.00. So if you close 10 lots of gold a month, the rebate is $180.00.
The same 10 lots return very different amounts at each broker, because each broker pays ForexFanClub a different referral commission for the same trade.
10 lots of gold a month
| Rebate per lot | Rebate a month | |
|---|---|---|
| XM Standard account | $18.00 | $180 |
| HFM Premium account | $13.50 | $135 |
| XS.com Standard account (MT5) | about $8.40 | about $84 |
| Exness Standard account | about $8.68 | about $87 |
XM and HFM pay a set amount for every lot, so their rebate stays the same each month. XS.com and Exness pay a share of the spread, so their rebate moves with the spread. On gold, the HFM figure is higher during a current HFM campaign, and HFM has not announced an end date.
However, the largest rebate does not make the cheapest trade. At XM, the Ultra Low account returns $9.00 on a lot of gold, half of the Standard account, because you pay a tighter spread on Ultra Low. So before you choose a trading account for its rebate, compare the cost after the rebate in our forex rebate ranking.
Why Is the Rebate Different on Each Account?
The rebate is a share of the referral commission that the broker pays ForexFanClub for your trades, and the referral commission is usually larger on accounts with a wider spread. On a trading account with a tight spread or a trading commission, the broker earns less from each lot, so your rebate is smaller.
You receive 90% of the referral commission from XM, HFM and Exness, and 80% of the referral commission from XS.com. Exness shows the pattern clearly. On the Exness Standard account, you receive 36% of the spread, and on the Exness Pro account, which has a tighter spread, you receive 22.5%.
At XS.com, the rebate also differs between MT5 and MT4. On MT5, the rebate on the major currency pairs, gold and Bitcoin is 44% of the spread. On MT4, the rebate on the same instruments is a set amount, such as $7.20 on a lot of gold. So at XS.com, choose your platform in the calculator first.
On Micro and Cent accounts, 1 lot is a hundredth of a standard lot, and the rebate is a hundredth too. To see the rebate on an XM Micro account, choose XM Standard in the calculator and divide the answer by 100.
Which Trades Earn No Rebate?
At XM, HFM and XS.com, a very short trade earns no rebate, because each broker pays only for trades that stay open for a minimum time.
- XM
A trade that you close within 3 minutes earns no rebate. - HFM
A trade that stays open for less than 2 minutes earns no rebate. - XS.com
A trade on the Standard account must stay open for at least 30 seconds.
So if many of your trades last only a few minutes, enter only the longer trades in Lots per month.
A bonus also lowers the rebate at XM and HFM. At XM, the rebate is paid only on the part of the margin that your own money covers. So if you trade with a bonus, the calculator shows the most that you can receive.
A few instruments earn no rebate at all, such as the futures at XS.com. For those, the calculator shows no rebate on this instrument.
How Do You Get the Rebate?
You get the rebate when your trading account at the broker has ForexFanClub as its partner. The steps depend on the broker and on whether you already have a login there.
- XM
New to XM, open a trading account through our XM rebate link (opens in a new tab). If you already trade at XM, the XM rebate page shows how to add a trading account with our partner code. - HFM
New to HFM, open a trading account through our HFM rebate link (opens in a new tab). If you already have an HFM Client Area, the HFM rebate page shows how to add a trading account through our link. - XS.com
New to XS.com, open a trading account through our XS.com rebate link (opens in a new tab). If you already have an XS profile, the XS.com rebate page explains how to start a new profile with another email address. - Exness
New to Exness, open a trading account through our Exness rebate link (opens in a new tab), and type our partner code fanclub_en on the form, as our Exness partner code guide shows. If you already trade at Exness, ask Exness to change your partner first, as our guide to switching your Exness partner explains, and then open a new trading account.
Once the trading account is linked, the rebate arrives without a claim. XM and HFM pay it on the day after you trade, Exness pays it on the next business day, and XS.com pays it about an hour after you close the trade.
Questions About the Rebate Calculator
- What is a forex rebate calculator?
-
A forex rebate calculator turns the lots that you trade into the money that comes back to you.
Many rebate calculators ask you to type in your own rebate per lot. This one already holds the rates of XM, HFM, XS.com and Exness, so you only choose your trading account, the instrument and your lots.
To learn what a forex rebate is and which trading account costs least after it, read our forex rebates guide.
- Is the rebate in the calculator the money that you receive?
-
Yes, the answer is what reaches you after ForexFanClub’s share, in US dollars. For XM, HFM and Exness, it is 90% of the referral commission that the broker pays us, and for XS.com it is 80%.
On accounts where the rebate is a share of the spread, the answer uses the 24-hour average spread, so your real rebate moves a little with the market. Trades that the broker leaves out, such as XM trades closed within 3 minutes, earn no rebate.
- Why is the rebate on gold larger than on EURUSD?
-
On most accounts, a lot of gold earns a larger rebate than a lot of EURUSD, because you pay a wider spread in dollars on gold. For example, on an XM Standard account, the rebate on a lot of gold is $18.00, and the rebate on a lot of EURUSD is $8.10.
So if you trade both, enter each instrument in the calculator and add the two answers.

How the rebate calculator works
- The answer in the blue box
- The rebate per lot on the trading account and instrument that you choose, multiplied by your lots per month. The amount over 12 months assumes the same lots every month.
- Rebate per lot
- Your share of the referral commission that each broker pays ForexFanClub: 90% at XM, HFM and Exness, and 80% at XS.com. The commission comes from the partner area of each broker. It is the same table that our rebate pages and the forex rebate ranking use.
- Rebates paid as a share of the spread
- On the Exness Standard and Pro accounts, and on XS.com MT5 accounts for the major currency pairs, gold and Bitcoin, the rebate is a share of the spread. The calculator uses the 24-hour average spread from the MT5 servers of our trading accounts, refreshed every 5 minutes.
- The rows for each broker
- The rebate on the same lots and instrument on the XM Standard, HFM Premium, XS.com Standard (MT5) and Exness Standard trading accounts. Each row opens the rebate page of that broker.
- Not included
- Shares, Micro and Cent accounts, and trades that the broker does not pay for, such as XM trades closed within 3 minutes. On Micro and Cent accounts, the rebate is a hundredth of the Standard account.
- Currency and time
- US dollars. Updated, at the top of the calculator, shows the time of the data in UTC.
Rebate rates checked on 15 October 2026. The calculator always uses the latest data.
Once your rebate account is open, link it to Forex FanClub. The member area lists every rebate payment day by day, across every broker you use. Registration is free and takes an email address.
