It supports all timeframes from M1 to W1, calculating appropriately for the characteristics of each. Smart Mode monitors price movements across multiple currency pairs simultaneously, achieving a level of accuracy that traditional timers are simply unable to provide.

Smart Mode is NapWela’s most powerful feature, designed to solve a fundamental flaw in conventional countdown timers. Standard timers stop counting whenever there is no price movement, causing them to stall during market holidays or periods of low activity. Smart Mode automatically selects multiple financial instruments — including BTCUSD, ETHUSD, GOLD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, and US30 — and tracks their price changes simultaneously, ensuring the countdown continues accurately regardless of market conditions. Installing NapWela is a straightforward process. First, download the MT4 or MT5 version using the buttons below. If you are on a smartphone, please transfer the downloaded file to your PC via Google Drive or Dropbox.

Next, open MT4/MT5, select “File” >> “Open Data Folder” from the top menu, then navigate to the “MQL5” >> “Indicators” folder within the data directory. Move the downloaded “NapWela.ex4” or “NapWela.ex5” file into the “Indicators” folder.

After that, restart MT4/MT5 or refresh the Navigator. Locate “NapWela” under the “Indicators” section in the Navigator panel and drag it onto your chart. Configure the parameters in the settings screen that appears, then click “OK” — NapWela will start running immediately.

NapWela offers a wide range of customisable settings in its parameter screen — from display style and colour configuration to font size adjustment for the timer and spread, display mode selection, and corner position settings. To open the parameter settings, right-click on the chart and select “Indicators List” >> “NapWela” >> “Properties” from the context menu. The parameter settings screen will open as shown below.

The most important settings are the display mode and position configuration. Display mode can be set to either “TRACKING” or “FIXED”, while the position can be selected from four corners: “LEFT_UPPER”, “RIGHT_UPPER”, “LEFT_LOWER”, or “RIGHT_LOWER”.

Other configuration options include colour and font size settings for the timer and spread, Smart Mode on/off toggle, and status display settings. For high-DPI environments, please adjust the font size accordingly to ensure optimal readability.

One important point to note when using NapWela: in TRACKING mode, please scroll the chart fully to the right to ensure the timer is displayed correctly. If the chart is scrolled to the left, the timer may not appear.

Additionally, if the timer is not displaying correctly, first check the Smart Mode settings, then verify whether there is any conflict with other indicators as needed.

If you are using a high-resolution display with scaling set to 150%, please reduce the font size in the parameter settings to ensure proper display.

Toggle Smart Mode on and off with the T key, and rescan the financial instruments tracked by Smart Mode using the R key. Making full use of these shortcuts will allow you to operate NapWela far more efficiently during live trading.

If NapWela becomes unresponsive, remove it from the chart and re-apply it. Additionally, if any leftover text or objects remain on the chart, right-click the chart, select “Objects List”, and delete all related objects.
