Welcome to Forex FanClub. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our member portal, IB rebate programs, and automated payout systems. By accessing this platform, linking your broker accounts, or utilizing our services, you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully to understand your responsibilities, our disclaimers, and the strict conditions governing our cash rebate distributions.
Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)
Forex FanClub (hereinafter referred to as “this Site”) provides introductions to affiliated overseas foreign exchange brokers (hereinafter referred to as “Brokers”) and the associated rebate system (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”). These Terms shall apply to individuals who become customers of the Brokers through the introduction of this Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
Article 2 (Principle of Self-Responsibility)
Opening an account and trading with the Brokers shall be undertaken entirely at the User’s own risk. This Site acts solely as a provider of systems and information, does not offer any investment advice, and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any losses incurred by the User through trading.
Article 3 (Nature and Maximum Limit of Cashback)
This Service refunds (cashback) a portion of the referral fees paid by the Brokers to this Site back to the User. As a general rule, no refunds shall be issued that exceed the actual referral fees paid by the Brokers to this Site.
Article 4 (Disclaimers)
In the event that referral fees are not correctly generated or recorded on this Site due to API errors on the Broker’s side, tracking failures, server downtime, or other unforeseen system malfunctions, this Site shall bear no obligation to pay cashback to the User and shall provide no compensation whatsoever.
Article 5 (Suspension and Confiscation of Rewards)
If this Site determines that a User falls under any of the following conditions, this Site reserves the right to freeze the account without prior notice and confiscate all rewards, including any unpaid cashback.
- When a violation of the Broker’s trading terms and conditions is discovered, resulting in the referral fee not being paid to this Site.
- When there is suspicion of unauthorised account creation using the same IP address or multiple devices, or self-affiliate (self-referral) practices.
- When there is a discrepancy between the registered withdrawal name (or wallet address) and the Broker account name.
- When this Site identifies any other activities deemed high-risk, suspicious, or inappropriate.
Article 6 (Provision of Information and Payment Methods)
In order to use this Service, the User shall accurately provide their name, email address, trading account number, desired withdrawal destination information, and other relevant details. This Site reserves the right to request additional documentation, such as proof of identity, as deemed necessary. Furthermore, if payment via the specified method is deemed difficult, this Site reserves the right to independently designate an alternative payment method.
Article 7 (Restricted Regions)
This Site and this Service are not directed at, nor intended for distribution to or use by, residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to Japan, Taiwan, and the United States of America. Individuals residing in these restricted regions are strictly prohibited from utilising this Service. By accessing this Site and registering for this Service, the User declares and warrants that they are not a resident of any restricted jurisdiction. This Site reserves the right to immediately terminate the accounts and confiscate all associated rewards of any Users discovered to be residing in or accessing the Service from such regions.
Article 8 (Language and Modification of Terms)
In the event of any contradiction or discrepancy in interpretation between the English version and versions in other languages of these Terms, the English version of the Terms of Service shall prevail. This Site reserves the right to change, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to the User.
