Forex FanClub provides content and services to support traders with research, analysis and everyday tasks. These include articles, browser-based analysis tools and calculators, MT4 and MT5 indicators, APIs, and rebate and affiliate features for members.
This page explains how we create, check and improve content and services for our international users. When we add features, we use this policy to define suitable checks and conditions of use for each one.

Sources of information
Our articles and guides draw on sources relevant to the subject, such as official announcements, product specifications, terms and conditions, and economic statistics. We check the dates and scope of the information, and distinguish facts supported by the sources from analysis, interpretation and estimates.
For example, a broker’s terms can vary depending on the company you contract with, your region and the account you use. We make clear who and what the conditions apply to, and explain what needs to be checked in individual cases. Sources appear close to the explanations they support.
Understanding features and results
For each service, the relevant screen or guide page explains its purpose, how to use it, the conditions of use and what its results mean. The details we provide depend on the feature.
- Data, calculations and analysis We show where data comes from, when it applies, the input conditions and the assumptions used to combine data or calculate results. We explain whether a result is a retrieved record, a calculated reference value, or an AI-generated analysis or estimate.
- Operations and integrations We explain supported environments, what an action does and how a feature interacts with external services. We also provide usage guidance for indicators, APIs and similar features based on their purpose.
- Member features We explain the conditions for rebates and referral rewards, and what account histories, summaries and balances show. This helps members check the steps they need to take and review their records.
We distinguish between article update dates, the dates when sources were checked, data collection times and the times when analyses were generated. We make clear what each refers to and, for data and results that change over time, explain when or under what conditions they are updated.
AI use and checks before publication
We use AI to research, plan, write and translate content, and to design and develop software and services. After initial checks and debugging with AI, the site operator reviews the content and visually checks how the features work. Checks and revisions are repeated before the operator decides whether to publish.
What we check depends on the content or feature. This may include text, screens and outputs, behaviour during use, and calculation results. The process follows these steps:
- Requirements and development The site operator defines the requirements for the content or features, then uses AI for production, initial checks and debugging.
- Checks and revisions The site operator checks the content, behaviour and calculation results, and asks AI to correct any issues. Checks are repeated after each revision.
- Publication decision The site operator decides whether to publish based on the checks and revisions.
For features that update automatically or generate AI analysis, we explain which functions were checked before release and whether individual outputs are checked after release.
User feedback and ongoing improvements
User reports and requests also help us improve our tools. We have refined our MT4 and MT5 indicators over time using feedback received by email and through other channels.
Using tools in live market conditions and day-to-day situations can reveal issues with display, behaviour and ease of use. We continue to check and revise tools in response to this feedback after release, improving them to suit how people use them.

Updates, improvements and contact
When we identify changes to information or specifications, errors or bugs, we review the relevant content or features and make the necessary corrections. Important corrections and changes that affect users’ decisions or actions are recorded on the relevant guide pages or in update notices.
You can use our contact page for questions about content, tool behaviour, member features and APIs. You can also send bug reports, feedback on ease of use and suggestions for improvements. For bug reports, the page URL or feature name, the time of the issue and the steps you took help us understand what happened.
For enquiries about integrations with external services, we distinguish between FFC’s features and displays and the conditions set by the external provider. If clarification is needed from that provider, we direct you to the appropriate contact.
